1. Unopened ProductsWe accept returns on unopened products within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged and without signs of having been tampered with. To initiate a return process, please contact us through our customer service with the order number and product details. Once we receive the returned product and we verify its condition, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Opened ProductsDue to safety and hygiene reasons, returns or refunds will not be accepted on products that have been opened or used, as they are consumables.This policy is designed to protect the health of all our customers, ensuring that each product we sell is completely secure and has not been altered in any way.

3. Damaged or Defective ProductsIf you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prompt solution, either a refund or replacement, as the case may be. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence or the return of the damaged product to process the claim.
